Kayla Rogers Named RALLY’s First Executive Director
RALLY has named Kayla Rogers, a former Division I student-athlete, administrator and name, image and likeness (NIL) marketing manager, as its first executive director effective on Nov. 1.
“I am honored to serve in this role for RALLY and support Notre Dame student-athletes under the direction of the esteemed board of directors that lead this organization,” Rogers said. “We will hit the ground running to create unique NIL experiences and opportunities for Fighting Irish student-athletes through this venture. Notre Dame continues to be a pioneer in this space, and the creation of RALLY and all that comes with it is proof of that vision.”
In this role, Rogers will oversee the day-to-day operations of RALLY, help Notre Dame student-athletes find commercial opportunities, and provide sales and marketing needs for the organization. She joins RALLY after serving as NIL athletics marketing manager with Altius Sports Partners.
“We couldn’t be more excited that the RALLY board of directors has chosen Kayla as the first executive director of the organization,” said University of Notre Dame Vice President and James E. Rohr Director of Athletics Pete Bevacqua. “Her background as a high-level student-athlete and the commitment to supporting and championing student-athletes she’s shown during her time at Altius Sports Partners has set her up to lead RALLY successfully in this chaotic moment in college athletics.”
In her most recent role with Altius Sports Partners, Rogers was responsible for collaborating with local businesses and Notre Dame Global Partners to identify opportunities for partnership with Notre Dame student-athletes. She championed name, image, and likeness education sessions for athletes while empowering them to enhance their market value.
“Kayla has been such a great teammate during her time with Altius Sports Partners, and we’re excited to see her step into this new role as RALLY’s first executive director,” said Altius Sports Partners CEO Tommy Gray. “Her genuine passion and deep commitment to supporting Notre Dame student-athletes is so apparent, and the entire Altius team is excited to continue to support her in this new role.”
Prior to joining Altius Sports Partners, Rogers worked with Anthony Travel and as a senior manager for On Location, working with clients to create bespoke experiences at sporting events worldwide.
Rogers, a 2012 graduate of the University of Delaware, was a member of the Blue Hens women’s basketball team and starter during their back-to-back CAA titles and 2013 Sweet 16 appearance. She then spent three seasons as the director of basketball operations and a year in fundraising for her alma mater.
